Our specially developed SupasetTM Full-Roll brake shoe rivets ensure that the Friction Linings are clamped securely to the Brake Shoe Platform.
Supaset TM Full-Roll rivets are specified and used by; DAF, MAN, JURID, TNT, PACCAR, FIRST BUS, ARRIVA BUS & BUNDESWEHR to name a few.

High Residual Clamping Forces - generally 3 times greater than conventional rivets.

Tested by TUV SUD, Supaset fasteners are shown to provide significantly greater assembly strength in both tensile and shear conditions when compared against conventional fasteners as shown in this extract from the TUV SUD report
